Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of policy
This cancellation policy applies to orders for furniture and home goods placed by customers in Poland via the Tradeus website. The policy covers all products and accessories purchased on the site, ensuring consumers have the option to cancel within a specified timeframe.

2. Right of cancellation
In accordance with Polish consumer protection laws, customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of the product without giving any reason. This right applies to all products purchased by individuals.

3. Cancellation procedure
To cancel an order, the customer should contact the Tradeus customer service department via email at: info@tradeusllc.com and provide the order number, product information, and contact details. The service department will confirm receipt of the request within 24 business hours.

If the products covered by the order have not yet been shipped, the order can be cancelled directly. In the case of orders that have already been shipped — or for which the customer has already received the goods — the cancellation must be carried out in accordance with our Return Policy.

4. Confirmation of cancellation
Upon receipt of the cancellation request, Tradeus will confirm the cancellation via email and provide further instructions regarding the return, including information on the return address.

5. Scope of cancellation
The cancellation policy applies to products already shipped, provided they are in an acceptable condition. This includes brand-new, unopened products or those with only slight signs of use that do not prevent further resale.

6. Product condition requirements
Returned products must be complete, including original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Products that are severely damaged or unsuitable for resale may be rejected by Tradeus.

7. Return processing
Once the qualifying products are received, Tradeus will issue a refund to the account used by the customer for payment. Processing time is usually 2 business days.

8. Shipping costs
Shipping costs related to the return of products eligible for cancellation are covered by Tradeus. The customer does not incur any additional shipping charges.

10. Special situations
If the order includes promotional or discounted products, Tradeus will refund the amount actually paid for the order, without charging additional fees.
