This policy covers the sale of furniture and home goods by TRADE US LLC via the Tradeus website to customers in Poland, in terms of VAT (23%) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) delivery. All products are subject to the provisions of this policy.

3. Product price includes VAT
All products available on the Tradeus website have a price listed that includes Polish VAT (23%). The customer does not have to pay any additional VAT – the amount visible at checkout is the final amount to be paid.

4. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) delivery
We use the DDP delivery model for customers in Poland. All import duties, VAT, and customs fees are covered by TRADE US LLC. The customer does not need to handle customs procedures or pay any additional fees.

5. Customs clearance process
Products shipped from the USA are covered by complete customs documentation prepared by TRADE US LLC, including the invoice, waybill, and shipping documents. Polish customs authorities perform clearance in accordance with DDP rules and then forward the goods to the address provided by the customer.

6. Logistics and transport
Products are delivered via selected carriers (e.g., DHL, Poczta Polska, InPost). Transport and customs clearance costs are included in the product price – the customer does not bear any additional fees. Delivery time is usually 10–15 business days, depending on the carrier.

7. Return policy
In accordance with Polish consumer law, consumers have the right to a 14-day return without giving a reason. If the product remains in an intact condition and has only slight signs of use that do not prevent further resale, the return costs are covered by TRADE US LLC. 8. Invoices and tax documents
Upon placing an order, the customer receives a VAT invoice with the shipment. The invoice can be used for accounting or personal purposes, in accordance with Polish tax regulations.
