3. Payment process
After confirming the order, the customer is redirected to a secure payment page (HTTPS), where they enter their payment details.
Payment information is transmitted directly to the payment service provider; Tradeus servers do not store payment data.
Upon successful payment, the system automatically sends a confirmation message to the e-mail address provided in the order.

4. Transaction currency
All prices displayed on the website are stated in PLN.

5. Payment security
Online payments are processed via a secure connection.
Tradeus does not store full payment card details, such as the card number or CVV code.
Payment processing is handled exclusively by a third-party payment service provider, in accordance with industry standards.

6. Failed or declined transactions
In the event of a failed or declined payment, the customer should check the correctness of the entered data and the validity of the card.
If the problem persists, the customer can contact their bank or send a message to info@tradeusllc.com for support.

7. Invoicing
Once payment is confirmed, the system generates an electronic invoice and sends it to the e-mail address provided in the order.
The invoice includes the order details and the total amount including VAT, consistent with the information displayed during checkout.

8. Transaction verification
To ensure order security, some transactions may be subject to additional verification.
If necessary, customer service will contact the customer to confirm details before shipment.
